There is a 10 minute grace period and if you are running later than 10 minutes for your appointment you will be charged a late fee of $15late fee. This late fee ONLY applies if you are between 10 and 15 minutes late ONLY.
After 15 minutes you have missed your appointment and your card on file will be charged half the price of the service.

ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL 24 hours before appointment.
NO CAFFEINE 24 hours before appointment (there is caffeine in decaf coffee and tea!).
DO NOT work out 24 hours before procedure.
DO NOT take IBUPROFEN, TYLENOL or ASPIRIN 24 hours before appointment.
Avoid sun exposure and tanning one week prior.
NO brow waxing /threading/tweezing or tinting one week before (it is NOT necessary).
NO LATISSE ON BROWS – Lash hair growing serum (Discontinue for minimum of 3 weeks).
Discontinue AHAs and BHAs like Glycolic and Salicylic Acid, Chemical Peels and Retin-A 4 weeks prior. Check moisturizers, facewashes, BB or CC creams and makeup primers for it may contain AHA/BHAs.
Must be off any kind of Accutane for 1 year. NO Exceptions!
