I haven’t touched a brow pencil in two years. It’s the first thing I see in the mirror that I love.
At some point, you stop looking for another temporary fix and start wanting brows that already look done when you wake up.
Ombré Brows are a permanent makeup technique designed to replace the daily cycle of pencils, tinting, and constant appointments. Soft shading and custom pigment blending create brows that look naturally full, balanced, and effortlessly without looking heavily made up.
Mapped to you. Drawn on with pencil first. You see and approve the shape before any pigment touches the skin.
Pigment matched. Custom-mixed for your skin tone — works for all complexions.
Soft, not overdone. Designed to look polished and balanced.
Every appointment is approached with a focus on customization, balance, and detail. The goal isn’t to change your features. It’s to enhance them.
Not a stock shade. Blended in front of you to match undertone, age, and the your natural brow color.
Map, approve, refine, apply. You'll never feel rushed — Every step is done carefully so your brows never feel overdone or rushed.
Once healed, you return so Mercedes can refine color retention for the perfect healed results.
The artist you book is the artist who works on you — start to finish.
Before and immediately after results. Soft, custom brows designed to heal natural, balanced, and effortless.

“Truly the BEST! I was initially hesitant but after seeing my cousins brows, I knew I had to come. My eyebrows prior were more like cousins than sisters. She made them PERFECT and so natural looking.”

I got my eyebrows done over a year ago for the first time, and this was my first touch-up after that.

The video starts the moment you click — no form, no friction. Around the halfway mark we ask once for your email, just so the second half unlocks. That is the entire agreement. Minimal to none. Numbing cream is applied at the start of the appointment and refreshed throughout. Most clients describe the sensation as “scratchy” rather than painful — closer to threading than to a tattoo. If you can sit through waxing, you can sit through this.
The shape is drawn on with a removable pencil before any pigment is used. You see it in the mirror, in your natural light, with your real expression — and only when you approve does the actual work begin. Nothing is permanent until you say yes.
One to three years is typical, depending on your skin type and lifestyle. Sun exposure, exfoliants, and skincare actives all influence it. Most clients return for a colour refresh yearly to every two years — not a redo, just a top-up.
Yes. Pigment is custom-mixed for the skin it’s going into — undertone, depth, and how the skin tends to heal a color. Ombré brows in particular tend to behave more reliably on oily and mature skin than blade techniques do — and they typically heal 30–40% lighter, settling into their final colour around week 4.
If ombré brows are done well, they read as a soft, filled-in version of your own brow — not a separate piece of makeup. It’s a tattoo, but it doesn’t look like one. The shading technique is the difference. If the work looks like a stamp, it was done as one.
Around two and a half to three hours for the initial appointment — that includes the consult, mapping, your approval, the procedure itself, and aftercare instructions. The free perfecting session, four to eight weeks later, is shorter.

P.S. The video is twelve minutes. It does not try to sell you a procedure. It explains the thing your last brow appointment couldn’t, and it shows what well-done Ombré look like two years in. If you have ever stood in front of a mirror at 7:45am, with a pencil in one hand and a coffee going cold in the other, this video was made for that morning.
